To use our loan or insurance consultancy Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. To apply for a job through our careers page, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in India. By using the Services or submitting a job application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility criteria and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Nature of Our Services
A Associate Service is an independent loan and insurance consultancy. We compare products from multiple banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and insurance companies ("Partners") and assist with documentation and application submission. We are not a bank, NBFC, or insurance company and do not lend money or underwrite insurance policies ourselves. All loan and insurance decisions are made by the relevant Partner institution based on their own criteria.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Submission of an application through our Services does not guarantee that any loan or insurance product will be approved, or that any particular rate, amount, or terms will be offered. Final decisions, interest rates, fees, and disbursal timelines are at the sole discretion of the Partner institution.
5. Fees and Commissions
The first consultation for a loan or insurance enquiry is free and carries no obligation. We do not charge any upfront fee to customers. We may receive referral commissions or fees from Partner institutions for successful applications. Any processing fees, documentation charges, or statutory levies are charged by the Partner institution, not by us, and are disclosed to you before you incur them. Job applications are free for candidates; we do not charge any recruitment or placement fee at any stage.
6. Information You Provide
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our Services or submitting a job application.
- For loan or insurance enquiries: information you give us is used to contact you about your enquiry, compare suitable products from our partners, and (with your consent) submit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of documents (PAN, Aadhaar, income proofs, property documents, etc.) before submission.
- For job applications: information you give us (resume/CV, contact details, cover letter, portfolio links) is used only to assess your application, communicate interview schedules and outcomes, and — if an offer is made — to carry out pre-employment verifications required by law.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you, whether in a loan enquiry or a job application.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software — is the property of A Associate Service or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
